Custom Products (e.g., Custom Gobo)

No Returns for Customer Errors: Custom Gobos are personalized and made to the specific requirements provided by the customer. As such, orders placed in error cannot be returned or refunded.

Quality Issues: If your Gobo has a defect or an error in size, type, or quality due to our mistake, please contact support@goboultra.com within 30 days of receiving the product. If a defect is confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Repair: We will repair the defective product at no charge.

Replacement: We will replace the product at no additional cost once the defective product is returned.

Refund: A full refund will be provided upon the return of the defective or incorrect product.
Standard Products (e.g., Gobo Projector)

Returns for Change of Mind or Order Error: If you wish to return a standard product within 14 days of receipt due to a change of mind or order error, please contact support@goboultra.com and explain the reason for the return. If we agree to the return, a 10% handling fee will apply, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Acceptance of returns is at the company’s discretion.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure the product is handled according to instructions, not self-repaired or modified, and installed by qualified technicians according to standard practices. If products are misused, modified, or mishandled, the warranty may be voided.
Limitations of Liability
Our warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or economic loss. We are also not responsible for damages to third-party equipment.
