Does this custom gobo include a projector?

No. This product is the patterned glass insert for a compatible gobo projector. The projector is sold separately. If you need a complete projector, browse our indoor and outdoor logo projectors.

Logo Only or Logo with White Background?

In a Logo Only design, black areas block light and only the light-transmitting artwork is projected. A white-background design transmits light through the background area, creating an illuminated field around the logo. Black areas do not project black light.

Need your gobo by a specific date?

Send your required arrival date and ZIP/postal code before ordering so we can check production and shipping options. Production begins after payment and final artwork approval. Transit begins after dispatch; delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Which size should I choose?

Match the outside diameter and image area to your projector model. Size letters alone do not confirm compatibility. Use our gobo size and measurement guide, or email your projector brand and model for help checking the fit.

Customization Process

How to Define Gobo Colors

• One-Color Gobo: White + any one color from the color palette.
• Two-Color Gobo: White + any two colors from the color palette.
• Three-Color Gobo: White + any three colors from the color palette.
• Full-Color Gobo: Any color combination or gradient, suitable for complex designs.

1. Choose Gobo Type

• Determine Size: Choose the standard or custom Gobo size according to the lamp model. If you’re unsure of the size, you can provide the brand and model of the projector, and we’ll help confirm the appropriate Gobo size.

2. Upload Design File

• Design Upload: Customers can upload their design files, supporting various file formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, SVG, EPS). High-resolution images are recommended to ensure clarity in projection.
• Upload Method: Customers can upload files via the website upload page or send them directly to support@goboultra.com.

3. Professional Design Review

• Design Confirmation: Once we receive the design file, our design team will review it to ensure compatibility with the projection effect. If adjustments are needed, we will provide suggestions and confirm with the customer.
• Preview Feedback: Before final approval, we provide a preview of the Gobo effect to ensure the design meets expectations.

4. Confirm Order and Payment

• Order Confirmation: Once the design is approved, the customer submits the order.
• Payment Methods: We offer a variety of secure payment methods. Once the order is confirmed, it moves into the production process.

5. Production Time and Quick Delivery

• Production Time: Production typically takes about 1 day after payment has been received and the final design has been approved.
• Shipping Options: For U.S. orders, standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. FedEx delivery is available in as little as 3 days after dispatch at an additional cost. Shipping fees apply to all orders. Production time is separate from transit time; delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

6. Installation Support and After-Sales Service

• Installation Guidance: We provide detailed installation instructions or video guides to ensure customers can use their Gobo with ease.
• Customer Support: We offer professional after-sales support to help customers with any installation or usage issues.
