Shipping policy

## Production Time

Custom gobos and projectors typically take about 1 business day to produce after payment has been received and the final artwork has been approved.

## Shipping to the United States

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

FedEx shipping may deliver in as little as 3 days after dispatch at an additional cost. This is an estimated transit time and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

## Delivery Estimates

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, peak-season delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you need your order for a specific event date, please contact support@goboultra.com before placing your order. We will review the production and shipping timeline based on your destination and event date.

## Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated separately and apply to all orders. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing before shipment.
